1. 本アプリは、日本語を英語・ベトナム語・中国語などの言語を用いて効率的に学ぶための学習アプリです。
2. 本アプリ内の単語・文章・文法・音声は日本語、その他の言語を問わず、内容の正確性は保証致しません。
3. 本アプリにおけるコンテンツおよびデータにかかる知的財産権は運営者に帰属します。
4. 本アプリは予告なく変更、中断または停止する場合があります。
5. 本アプリ内のユーザーの学習履歴などのデータは予期せず消える場合がありえます。
6. 以下に掲げる利用目的のためにユーザーの個人情報を収集します。万一、当初の目的外の利用に該当する場合にはメール等でご連絡いたします。その際に同意をいただけない場合は当該利用は停止いたします。
①ログイン時における本人認証のため。
②本アプリその他の学習サービスの改善・開発に必要なデータの収集及び解析のため。
③第三者による学習管理サービスで本アプリの学習データを利用するため（ユーザーが本アプリのUser Codeを提供することをもって、当該第三者による学習データの利用を承諾したものとみなします）。
7. 本アプリの利用によりユーザーまたは第三者に生じた損害について、運営者は一切責任を負いません。
8. ユーザーは本アプリの使用により、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 本規約は運営者の裁量により本規約は変更される場合があります。本規約の変更をアプリ内に表示した後にユーザーが本アプリを継続して利用した場合、ユーザーは当該変更を承認したものとみなします。
10. 本規約に複数言語版が存在し、その内容に相違がある場合、日本語版が優先します。

1. This is an application to learn Japanese effectively through other languages such as English, Vietnamese or Chinese.
2. There is no guarantee for the accuracy of Vocabulary - Grammar - Sound content which is in form of any languages such as Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese or English in this application.
3. The intellectual property rights of this application’s content and data belong to the administrator.
4. This application may have some changes, interruptions, or stops without any notice.
5. The user’s learning history data in this application may disappear unexpectedly.
6. This application will collect personal information of users for purposes which are described below. In addition, in case the use of personal information is beyond the original purposes, we will contact the user via email or another method. If the user does not agree with the use of personal information, we will stop using it.
① For authentication when users are logging in.
② For collecting and analyzing data which is essential for improvement and development of this application or another learning service.
③ For using this application's learning data for a third party's service (The user shall be deemed to have accepted to the use of his/her learning data by the third party when he/she provides its User Code set by this application).
7. The administrator will not be responsible for any damage from the user or the third party due to using this application.
8. Users are deemed to have agreed to this Terms of Service by using this application.
9. This Terms of Service may be modified from time to time at administrator's discretion. User's continued use of this application after the changes is displayed on this application is deemed that the user have accepted the changes to this Terms of Service.
10. In the event of any difference between the provisions of any translation of this Terms of Service, Japanese version prevails.

1. Đây là ứng dụng để học tiếng Nhật thông qua việc luyện tập Từ vựng - Ngữ pháp - Nghe hiểu. Ứng dụng được cung cấp bằng nhiều ngôn ngữ như tiếng Việt, tiếng Trung, tiếng Anh vv... một cách hiệu quả.
2. Chúng tôi luôn cố gắng chính xác về mặt nội dung, tuy nhiên tất cả Từ vựng - Ngữ pháp - Âm thanh trong ứng dụng này có thể không bảo đảm tính chính xác tuyệt đối với bất kì ngôn ngữ nào như tiếng Nhật, tiếng Việt, tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung vv...
3. Quyền sở hữu trí tuệ về nội dung và dữ liệu trong ứng dụng này sẽ thuộc quyền quản lý của nhà điều hành.
4. Ứng dụng này có thể thay đổi, gián đoạn hoặc dừng lại mà không có sự thông báo trước.
5. Các dữ liệu học tập của người dùng trong ứng dụng này cũng có trường hợp sẽ bị mất đi mà không dự báo trước.
6. Ứng dụng sẽ thu thập thông tin cá nhân của người dùng nhằm sử dụng cho các mục đích được nêu ra dưới đây. Trường hợp sử dụng ngoài mục đích ban đầu thì chúng tôi sẽ liên lạc với người dùng bằng email. Khi đó nếu người dùng từ chối thì chúng tôi sẽ ngưng việc sử dụng thông tin người dùng.
① Nhằm xác thực người dùng khi đăng nhập.
② Để thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu cần thiết cho việc cải thiện, phát triển dịch vụ học tập khác của ứng dụng này.
③ Để bên thứ ba quản lý dữ liệu học tập của người dùng (Nếu người dùng cho phép bên thứ ba quản lý dữ liệu học tập của mình thì sẽ cung cấp mã User Code được hiển thị trong ứng dụng cho bên thứ ba).
7. Nhà điều hành sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kì thiệt hại nào từ phía người dùng hoặc bên thứ ba khi sử dụng ứng dụng này.
8. Thông qua việc sử dụng ứng dụng này, người dùng sẽ được coi là đã đồng ý với điều khoản dịch vụ này.
9. Điều khoản dịch vụ này có thể thay đổi. Nội dung thay đổi sẽ được hiển thị trong ứng dụng, sau đó, nếu người dùng tiếp tục sử dụng ứng dụng thì sẽ được coi như là đã đồng ý với sự thay đổi tại thời điểm đó.
10. Trong trường hợp có sự khác nhau giữa các bản dịch của điều khoản dịch vụ này, thì phiên bản tiếng Nhật sẽ được ưu tiên.

5. 本应用软件中的用户学习履历等数据有可能在没有预兆的情况下丢失。
6. 本应用软件会以下列的使用目的进行个人信息的收集。万一将个人信息用于其他目的时，会以邮件的方式联系用户。如未得到用户同意将会停止将个人信息使用于其他目的。
①用于登录时的身份验证。
②用于进行本应用软件中的其他学习服务的开发与改进时，必要的数据的收集以及分析。
③用于在利用第三方提供的服务时，提供本应用软件中的学习数据。(此种情况，事先会重新征求用户的同意。)
7. 本应用软件运营者对于使用时产生的对用户或第三方的损害不承担任何责任。
8. 通过使用这个应用，用户将被已同意本业务条款。
9. 这个业务的条款可以改变，改变的内容会显示在应用里面，然后，如用户继续使用应用就当作已接受此时的改变。
